Absolutely perfect and magnificent location in Kandy, right by the main market, Amaya Hills even before the Pandemic situation and Sri Lanka. Plus, 15 minutes drive from Quarters.

Enjoyed amazing views from our room and really good service throughout our stay. The welcome fruit platter and herbal tea upon arrival added a lovely personal touch.

The food was sumptuous and the staff courteous and warm. The check-in was smooth with appropriate level of flexibility in options provided by the reception staff. The location is superb and the view memorable. We chose the place as we had heard about it and did our bookings on the net. Would recommend to all self-planning travellers as an ideal place to base activities in the highlands of Sri Lanka.
The spa arrangements could have been better with options that regular spa users have regarding the gender of the therapist. I had a facial which left me less than satisfied for its tariff. A few more stand-alone options such as steam would have been nice. The in-house shop could be better stocked.

The room was huge and new-fashioned with good views, and we slept very well. The hotel's location was favourable, really close to Amaya Hills in Kandy, and mountains and the morning. Furthermore, at the outskirts of Kandy.

The hotel has fine views that make you
Feel like you're in another world. The staff were accommodating and friendly. I did find the dining options a bit limited for my taste.

Excellent Hotel great view but really really awful location! The road to it is long bad and just a nightmare! I remember how depressed I was thinking that I have to pass that road every evening we have to go to our hotel. Road to it is a real disaster!
They need to train their hotel staff please send them to some hotel intership outside sri lanka. they need to know two things: 1. when you take the order attend to it, coffee is coffee in few minutes not 5-10 or never. sometimes I had to repeat order even 3 times before i'd get what I ordered and 2nd thing is please do not ask guests if they are finished just feel it for god's sake I had to fight for my plate most of the time. it is not polite to clean up in front of guests just leave it there for a while... I guess they think it is nice way of doing things very efficient to take plates away in front of you but noe efficient to bring you what you ordered. very very unusual not know what to think about it and how to understand it!

will definitely visit place next time
The room was clean and had a gorgeous mountain view. Amenities included air conditioning, a minibar, a tv, and a comfortable sofa. Spa facilities were great and super relaxing. Food was varied and delicious, especially the fresh seafood. Staff was attentive. The monkeys added a fun touch to outdoor dining!

Great views great lobby very friendly staff...very well decorated hotel with plenty of greens and flowers...i had a very professional birthday surprise cake for my birthday which was really cute and tasty too :) my room was decorated with welcome note and happy birthday on the bed which was really professional and surprised me :)
Far away from services nothing to do without a driver...the bed mattress wasn't comfortable, as I hated the idea of one restaurant serving all the meals if you want a nice dinner you have to stay with the whole guests having buffet it is too loud...sometimes you may wait much to have coffee and tea I think two guys are not enough they are doing their best :) the bathroom fan is toooooo loud not normal sound.

Magnificent location in a very very nice area close enough to the greenery and smaller buses. Good food, high quality breakfast. Early check-in, parking onsite.
